FAQs
-
Yes! Send us an email at orders@go4nuge.com and we can get things started. Feel free to send us a requested items list, or just a “Hi!” and we can help get things sorted out for you!
-
We are happy to discuss orders, availability, quantities, and answer any questions over the phone, but a phone call does not hold, book, or populate your order. You must send in a request for a quote via email to make an order.
-
Pickup/Return Instructions will be sent out, along with all necessary codes, via email once we have a signed contract and payment.
-
We always allow a free pickup and free return day for rentals of 5 days or less. If you pickup/return on the day your items are in use then you will be charged for that day.
-
If you are ready to book a vehicle or production supply that is holding (not booked) by another company, you may put in a “challenge” for that item.
We send the “challenge” to the other customer and give them up to 24 hours to either book or release their hold. We will shorten the “challenge” period if it is within 3 days of the rental date.
You must have all paperwork, including a valid COI, completed and you must be ready to book. You will be liable for the term of the challenge if you win and then decide to cancel or dates change. -
Yes. We have garbage disposal services! We have garbage dumpsters at the Nugeland compound.
The fee is $15 garbage/recycle bag. If you put a non bagged items like Styrofoam, layout board, cardboard, building supplies etc., or you mix recycling with garbage, we will asses the costs at that time.
There is a code for the lock on each dumpster, so make sure to tell us how many bags of garbage/recycling you have.
Any garbage left in a vehicle will result in a $50 garbage removal fee.

We are generally in the office from 9-5 Monday - Friday. Pickups and returns can happen anytime day or night, but we prefer to know of any off hour returns. We have a self-serve based honor system with most of our supplies. Some need to be staged prior to pickup, so some arrangements need to be made, and communication is key.
-
Not usually. We have a small staff and can not offer regular deliveries or pickups, BUT, if there is an occasion where we have the time AND a vehicle available for transport, we can help out, depending on the location. The cost would be a minimum of $125 for drop off and a minimum of $125 for pickup. We are only able to do a drop off and pickup up, and after hour charges will apply if not done during our normal business hours.
WE DO NOT DO ANY SETTING UP OR BREAKING DOWN OF SUPPLIES

To drive a Nuge rental vehicle (Van or Box Truck), your driver needs to be licensed and at least 21.
Motorhomes and our Shuttle Bus will be assigned drivers from our pool of trained drivers, both Union and Non Union drivers available. They are independent contractors to your production, and should be treated as, and included as, part of your crew.
Driver Rate for these drivers is not included in the price of mohos nor Shuttle Bus. We select drivers based on the type of job, and then they are a part of your crew. Rates are as follows:
TIMECARD: Driver Rate is $600/10, time and a half after 10hrs, double time after 12hrs
INVOICE: Driver Rate is $650/10, $100/HR after 10hrs• Driver time is based on Portal-to-Portal – from time leaving until time returning: after refueling and dumping black and gray and refilling fresh water tanks.
