Can I get an estimate?

Yes! With our newly revamped The NugeKart, you can now create your own supply list which will be approved by us and followed up with a quote. Please click the “Getting Started” menu option above.

What are your hours?

We are open 9-5 Monday - Friday. We allow for pickups and returns anytime day or night as along as we are notified of any off hour returns (see After Hours Policy).

CAN I MAKE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

We are happy to discuss orders and answer any questions over the phone, but a phone call does not hold or book your order.  You must create a quote using The NugeKart and/or send in a request for a quote via email to make an order.

CAN I GET THE PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS AND CODES BEFORE RETURNING MY PAPERWORK?

No. We do not allow any codes to go out before all appropriate paperwork has been completed.

Do you offer delivery?

Not usually. We have a small staff and can not offer regular deliveries/pickups BUT if there is an occasion where we have the time and a vehicle for transport available then the cost would be $125 for drop off on set and $125 for pickup after shooting is over. We are only able to do a drop off and pickup up. NO SET UP OR BREAKING DOWN OF SUPPLIES.

Do you have garbage service?

Yes. We have garbage service. We have garbage dumpsters at Nugeland. The cost is $15/33 Gallon garbage/recycle bag. though if you put a non bagged items like styrofoam, layout board, cardboard, building supplies etc we will asses the costs at that time. There is a special lock code on each dumpster so make sure to tell us how many bags of garbage/recycling you have. Any vehicle could result in a $50 garbage removal fee.

Will I be charged for my pickup/return day?

We always allow a free pickup and free return day that cap your rental period. If you pickup/return on the day your items are in use then you will be charged for that day.

What is a Challenge?

If you are ready to book a vehicle or production supply that is holding (not booked) by another company, you may put in a “challenge” for that item. When we send the “challenge” to the other customer and give them up to 24 hours to either book or release their hold. We can shorten the period if the challenge is within 3 days of rental. You must have all paperwork, including a valid COI, completed and you must be ready to book. You will be liable for the term of the challenge if you win and then decide to cancel.

Will you inherit non-nuge supplies?

We go case by case. Please let us know exactly what you’d like to leave with us and Dave will make the final decision.

How old does a driver need to be?

To drive a Nuge rental vehicle your driver needs to be at least 21.
